Flatbed Digital Printer

With the flat bed digital machine we have the ability to print directly on flat & rigid materials, such as wood, acrylic, glass, cardboard, aluminum, marble, plastic, etc.

Maximum single sheet printing dimension is of 18inchs X 12inchs.

The digital printing has greater resistance to external conditions (e.g. sun radiation) than conventional printing, with minimum durability of 5 years. In digital printing, we use the special inks, The result reflects more intense and vivid colors in every detail while achieving superior abrasion resistance.

What CAD file formats do you accept?

We prefer to receive .cdr format but we can work with .pdf .jpeg .png

How do you charge for printing?

The printing cost is based on square inches.  Factors that affect the duration of printing include the type and thickness of the material, and the length, diameter, quantity, and variety of colors.

What is your lead time?

We currently run to a 7 working day lead time from receipt of a CAD file and payment. Sometimes speed is everything. To avoid interrupting the schedule, we only do rush jobs out of hours. This naturally attracts a surcharge, but it’s how we can help you without delaying other clients’ work.

Can you print both sides of a materiel?

 Yes. We can flip any sheet we’re working on to give you features or detail on both sides.

If I have a sample but no computerized drawing, can you help me?

Of course, if we are not able to take measurements off of the sample we will just simply digitize it in.

How accurate is your printing?

Our machines are able to print products to an accuracy of 0.01mm.

Can you cut and print the same material?

Yes, of course, we can print directly on the material with our flatbed printer and then we can cut it on the desirable shape

Can you print on original gold & silver

Yes, of course, we can print on gold and silver the printable surface have to be flat.
